Anchor CRM provides access to a hosted customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for real estate investors. The platform includes tools for managing contacts, tracking opportunities, automating workflows, and communication features such as calling, SMS, and email.


2. Account Access

To use the platform, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials

Be responsible for all activity under your account


3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription Fees

Access to Anchor CRM is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

Usage-Based Charges

Certain features are billed based on usage, including but not limited to:

Phone calls (inbound and outbound)

SMS messaging

Email usage (depending on provider and volume)

Premium workflows or advanced automation features

Third-party integrations or connected services

You are only billed for actual usage. Rates may vary based on service providers.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for your subscription and applicable usage charges.


4. Implementation & Setup

Anchor CRM is delivered as a pre-built system. Optional implementation services may be provided for an additional one-time fee, depending on your specific needs.

Implementation may include:

Data migration

Custom field setup

Workflow adjustments

Pipeline configuration


5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future subscription charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments.


6. Refund Policy

All subscription fees and implementation fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Anchor CRM for:

Any unlawful or fraudulent activity

Sending spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws

Misuse of communication tools provided within the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be subject to maintenance, updates, or outages.


9. Limitation of Liability

Anchor CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
